1. Privacy Policy
You can choose to create a customer account at Kelz0r.dk. You will be created as a customer with a username and password of your choice. Upon creation, name, address for delivery and a phone number are filled in.

The information is stored at Kelz0r.dk so you can use it quickly for future purchases, without having to fill out the same information again. By logging into your user account, you can also see any invoices for orders, as well as the status on any order you've placed.
  • All private information and information received through the website or emails are stored securely and protected.
  • This information will never be disclosed or misused.
  • A copy of the customer's invoice / information will be stored at all timesKelz0r.dk - should this be demanded by the customer.
  • No other personally sensitive information is recorded, at any time - if you pay using credit or debit card, the payment will be handled via a cerified third party - Kelz0r.dk never has direct access to the credit or debit card information of its customers.
  • Should you want your information to be deleted or changed at Kelz0r.dk, it is possible by writing an email to shop@kelz0r.dk about the matter.

2. Purchase of Goods.
On the webstore Kelz0r.dk, you can offer to purchase products in the store's catalogue. At the completion of the order, you will receive an automatic confirmation for the creation of your order request, wherein it is listed which products you have requested. Please note that this automatic e-mail is not a legally binding order confirmation - only an automatic receipt for the creation of your purchase request. We reserve the right to cancel the order, partially or entirely - in such a case, any payment made for unavailable products will of course be returned.
  • For a minimum of 2 years, a copy of the customer's invoice / information will be stored at Kelz0r.dk- should this be demanded by the customer.
  • In case of a cancellation requested by the customer, any payment made will of course be refunded - however, if there has been made any special arrangements regarding a deposit or something of a similar nature, this cannot be refunded.
  • Sale items as well as products on offer or with a limited sales period are only sold as long as stock is available.
  • As a general rule, products we sell are in new and unopened condition. Single trading cards are in the "Near Mint" condition unless otherwise specified in the name of the product. In special cases, products may be on sale as a result of being in a used or damaged condition.
  • Images of products are for illustrative purposes only, and may not always be images of the actual product that you are purchasing. The images will often have been sent by manufacturers or suppliers, and can in some cases show multiple variations of the same product and/or accessories that are not included. If there is a discrepancy between the image and the name, or the image and the description, then please refer to the name/description of the product.
  • The webstore does not show guaranteed stock status. When processing a request to purchase products on the webstore, we will confirm availability and send a final order confirmation.

3. Prices & VAT.
Kelz0r.dk is meant primarily for the Danish market, therefore all prices are quoted in Danish Kroner (DKK) by default. All prices are including 25% VAT.
  • If a product has two prices, among which one is struckthrough, it usually indicates that our selling price is lower than the suggested retail price provided by the manufacturer or distributor. By itself, this does not indicate that an item is on a specific or otherwise timed sale.
  • If the name of an item contains the word *Sale*, then the item is on a sale - otherwise not. Most items on a sale are in stock - but there is a risk of stock errors, there is no guarantee that we can deliver larger quantities, and the price only lasts while stock lasts.
  • We ship / sell abroad! You can view international shipping expenses by adding the desired products to your shopping cart and going to checkout - after inputting your shipping address, there should be several options along with their prices. (This also applies to Greenland.)
  • Delivery costs and any fees are stated before purchase.

4. Payment.
Payment for ordered goods can be done using bank transfer, credit card, EAN payment or PayPal.
We accept Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and many other types of credit cards.
If bank payment is selected, our account number will appear on the invoice. You can either transfer from your own account to ours, or visit a Danske Bank / Post house and deposit the amount directly. There is usually 1 day of processing time on bank transfers. Enter order number or transfer name so we can recognize it.

5. Delivery & Shipping.
We offer domestic shipping via PostNord or GLS.
  • Customers in Denmark who wish for their packages to be left at a specific location on the delivery address may wish to sign up for Modtagerflex with PostNord, or may wish to provide GLS with a one-time power of attorney to leave a package at the delivery address (for GLS this is done after the package has been shipped, but before it has been delivered).

    • It is not possible to choose an alternative delivery location at the delivery address when checking out at out webstore, since such an arrangement can only be made between the customer and the shipping company.
    • Choosing an alternative delivery location at the delivery address is only possible if an order is shipped as a parcel delivery to a specific delivery address.
    • Choosing an alternative delivery location at the delivery address is always on the customer's own responsibility.
  • We strive to ship all orders within 1-10 days of receiving payment, most orders are delivered within 1-2 business days!
    • Orders may have longer delivery time, which may be due to the fact that we do not stock 100% of our product range, which makes our low prices and great selection possible!
    • We have many products in stock locally - however, as there is not guaranteed stock status visible on Kelz0r.dk, we cannot guarantee that all products can be delivered (fortunately, unavailable products are rare!). That's why we can offer you the great prices and the wide range of products!
  • Contact us if there are questions about delivery time on specific goods.
  • Local pickup of orders is possible at Hotel Krebshuset as well as our store in Holbæk, Roskilde or Næstved.
    • When an order is ready for pickup, we will notify the customer via email to the chosen email address. The order will be kept for up to 2 months when it is ready for pickup - after that point, the order incurs a handling fee of 50 DKK, including in case of cancellation.
  • PostNord's and GLS's delivery times apply.
  • At Kelz0r.dk you can choose whether your order should be shipped as a letter or package (or Business Package).
    • Shipping as a parcel includes tracking, insurance and faster delivery - recommended for larger purchases.
    • Shipping as a letter is neither tracked nor insured, and may be later to arrive - recommended for smaller purchases.
    • (In the rare case of a letter being lost by the postal service, you can always try contacting us - the few times it has happened, we have always done our best to alleviate the situation.) (This is not mandatory but done as a service for the customer).
  • Please contact us if an order is requested delivered faster or otherwise.
  • Additional insurance on orders can be easily arranged, again we refer to PostNord's prices.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation) and Returns
As a customer at Kelz0r.dk, you have a right to return products. This right is mandatory when shopping on the internet.
We have tried to make it as easy as possible to regret purchases. Should any doubts arise you can always contact us.

If you wish to cancel a purchase at Kelz0r.dk just return the item within 14 days and very much with a description of the problem or reason for the return, to the following address:

Always remember to save receipt for shipping. If you need help or further information - including the possibility of using a return label - please contact us.
  • There is a 14 day cancellation right after you receive the item.
  • If the 14th day falls on a public holiday, a Saturday, Constitution Day, 24th or 31st December, they expire 14 days on the following weekday.
  • Return duty is valid only if the item is returned in the same condition and quantity as it was received, including any original packaging in new and unopened condition. The sales value of the item must not be impaired and the product must be unused.
  • Remember to pack the shipment securely upon return! Should any return be refunded, you will lose your right of withdrawal.
  • As soon as we have received the goods, we will return the payment to the customer's bank account, excluding all shipping and return fees.
